Project management & general refurbishment. Boundstone Developments were contacted and stepped in when the previous contractor who had started some works, left site due to Covid-19 and health issues, leaving our client with an incomplete project.
Internal works included:

- New concrete floors on ground floor and replacement joists and flooring on first floor
- Structural alterations and steelwork installations
- Studwork and plastering
- Kitchen & bathrooms
- Stone flooring
- Painting & decorating
- Replacement cast iron rainwater goods
